Who we are
Learn about our mission, vision and our commitment to the SGD goals
We are a non-profit organization focused on improving the life quality of average Nigerian and African children. DAF was established in 2012 and has championed over 40 outreaches and completed 15 projects.
From 2013-2015, we designed and executed a feeding program for 150 children in community primary school Kalaibiama, Rivers state, Nigeria. Throughout the 2 years and beyond, the number of children enrolled in the school continuously increased and so did their academic performances.
From 2013 till date, we have provided scholarship funds for over 40 out of school children in vulnerable communities whose school fees per term range from as low as 5 dollars – 50 dollars a term. We also provide them with psychosocial support throughout their study years.
Over the years, we have seen most of our scholarship beneficiaries grow into driven and determined young boys and girls and we believe it is as a result of our
collective efforts.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support the rights, education and wellbeing of children in Nigeria and neighboring African countries by extension through designing and implementing projects that promote quality education for children while also supporting their rights and wellbeing.
Our Vision

We dream of a Nigeria and Africa at large, where marginalized children are prioritized and their rights upheld. A continent where there is equal access to quality education for all children thereby laying a strong foundation for them to become positive change agents to their respective communities, the African continent and the World.
Our commitment to the UN's SDGs
