Many learners living in waterine areas in Nigeria have to travel back and forth from school
by boat. A large percent of these learners travel without life jackets. This practice poses as a
threat and puts them in harm’s way. It is of our belief that the process of acquiring education
should be safe and comfortable for learners. Therefore, if the process is life threatening, it
makes the quality of the education questionable. Our organization donated 50 life jackets to
Nanti primary school Apapa. The Life jackets are provided to the students during school pick
up and after school. This automatically improves the quality of their education and our
organization intends to donate to more schools in the nearest future.
